Factory Calibration

We operate a calibration laboratory for flow of air and gases, pressure, temperature, humidity, and electrical quantities. The calibration takes place in comparision with master calibration devices which are recalibrated traceable to the german calibration service DKD and to the physical technical federal institute of Germany PTB.

DKD Calibration

Our calibration laboratory is certified by Deutscher Kalibrierdienst as DKD lab (DKD-K-22301) and certified according DIN ISO 17025.
We cover a wide flow range from 0,06 l/h up to 10000 m3/h in volume and mass flow of air and gases.

Reliable Traceability to National Standards:

All of our calibration standards are traceable to national standards and primary standards. With those the PTB (Physikalisch Technische Bundesanstalt) in Braunschweig and other national standard institutions of other countries reproduce the physical units in agreement with the international unit system (SI).

Our Service Offer:

In our calibration laboratory regularly the used devices and instruments and furtermore the statistic procedures were controlled and tested. The qualified crew with experience in measurement and deep knowledge in technics warrantees the correctness of the measurement values and of the calibration. The procedure of the calibration is charaterised by a permanent control of the conditions and calibration steps. The preparation of the calibration takes place in a defined schedule to get the flowing in stationary and procedures and numbers of measuring values taken are fixed to warranty a maximum of quality and tranparence. At the evaluation of the measurement results of course all significant environmental effects will be noted and considered in the corrections.
