Tetratec Instruments GmbH was created in 2002 by the fusion of the TetraTec Software und Engineering GmbH and the EP Instruments Messtechnik + Kalibrierung GmbH. The formal act of fusion was the result of a long time cooperation of the two companies since 1996 concerning development, production and application of electronics, sensorics, measurement and control systems, further test and calibration instruments for pressure, flow and temperature of gases and instruments for leakage testing.

Know-how from building test benches is our reliable basis for the development of modular and adaptable measurement systems. These allow transparent solutions for complex measurement tasks. Therefore our measurement systems, sensor devices, and calibration services reached a wide range of customers from the manufacturers of measurement instruments up to different industrial branches. Most customers of automated systems for calibration and quality tests in series production belong to the automotive industry and their suppliers, medical technology, and heating technology. As a matter of course we allways are open-minded for new testing tasks.

With flexibility and customer orientation we go new ways, combining approved proceedings with new technologies. Finding modern and custumized solutions is our starting point - assuring the physical reproducibility our goal. Our calibration laboratory (DKD-K-22301) is accredited at the DKD (German calibration service) for volume and mass flow of flowing gases or air. We offer you our calibration service not only for our own products but even for products of other manufacturers. On demand we come and calibrate your devices in your house.

The repeatable physical representation of the measurement values and their traceablilty to national standards is the center of our daily work. All-embracing service, consultation, support during initial operation, and programming complete our wide spectrum of service.
