LMS Leakage Measurement System

The Leakage Measurement System automizes leakage testing tasks for air and gases combined with electronical pressure control.

The heart of the system is the modular built controller S320. It is equipped with a signalprocessor which controls the test sequence, as well as the recording of the measurement data and it´s evaluation.

The system is available in different housing types: front panel mounting as well as 19" modules in IP20 as in splash proofed (IP54) version.

All devices equipped with data ports (RS232, RS485) and ethernet to communicate with a PC or a control panel

In 10 free configurable programs settings for different measurement tasks can be stored. Up to 2 parallel running measuring sections can be evaluated at the same time from the device.

Modularity in the mechanical structures and in the sensors of the system as well as the flexible configurable evaluation software makes the adaption to different test and measurement tasks easily possible. Four highly tight switching valves perform the secure and fast testing procedure alsoof smallest volumes and leakages.
